Subscription Plans
We offer 15-day and 30-day subscription packages.
Full payment is to be made in advance before starting your plan.

Cancellation & Refund
Once your subscription starts, no refunds will be given if you cancel in between.
The plan is continuous. If you skip or don’t take tiffin on some days, those days will not be refunded or carried forward.

Delivery Timings
- Lunch: 11:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Dinner: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM
Please make sure someone is available to receive your tiffin during this time.

Pausing Your Plan
If you are travelling or unable to take meals, you can request to pause your subscription with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Paused meals can be adjusted later within your subscription period (subject to availability).

Food Safety
We prepare and deliver food fresh every day.
After delivery, it is your responsibility to eat it on time or store it properly. We cannot be responsible for health issues if food is eaten late or stored incorrectly.

Delays
Sometimes, delivery may get delayed due to traffic, weather, or reasons beyond our control. We request your kind understanding in such cases.
